I’m a builder by nature, creative at heart, strategic by instinct.
Since 2016, I’ve been helping people turn ideas into real businesses, organizing behind-the-scenes systems, and guiding entrepreneurs toward clarity when the path felt foggy. I’m not new to this. I’ve started multiple businesses of my own, helped dozens of others launch or grow theirs, and built from the ground up while juggling motherhood, school, marriage, and the weight of generational change.
A Foundation in Service
Before launching Dynasty Black Book, I spent years working in people-first roles — from leading teams in retail to helping individuals navigate public assistance programs like food stamps, Medi-Cal, and cash assistance. I’ve worked in customer service, admin, and leadership positions in both the private and public sectors. Whether managing a team or helping someone get the support they need, I’ve always been rooted in service, problem-solving, and showing up with care.
I sat across from hardworking people caught doing everything right and still getting denied. That experience gave me a front-row seat to what survival really looks like, and it taught me how powerful systems can be when they’re designed to care.
